RETURNS

  • We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached (minus shipping charges). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and authority for return.
  • You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to apply for returns. Your refund will be credited to your account as store credit.
  • Please note sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Does my store credit from my return expire? Yes, any store credit issued for a return has an expiration date of 1 year from issue date.
  • What if I need to exchange for a different size, colour or style? If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for credit and place a new order.
  • When will I get my refund? Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed.
  • You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. You may wish to add insurance to your return shipping as we cannot guarantee we will receive your package. Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
  • Please note: we recommend writing down your return tracking number so you can track the status of the return yourself.
